Poor service from Heidi Elders

<p>What a poor service that this lady time and time again gives to the customers. She never answers her phone when I call. And, although its understandable when she may have another client in front of her, she ALSO NEVER replies to emails sent directly to her.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm a prestige client, but because of her pathetic service, I moved on to another agent. I feel someone needs to address the bad service she is giving to the customers that she needs to service</p>
