Poor Service from Call centre

I withdrew money from a Standard bank ATM at a garage in Pretoria the money was deducted from my bank account but the transaction was cancelled at the ATM and I did not receive the money. After phoning the call centre several times they keep saying that they will call me back to let me know what's happening but still no response even after treaten them with closure of my account. Even spoke to the complaints department with no response from them either.
