Poor service from a huge bank

I deposited money on the 24october through the atm, while I was busy the money got stuck in the atm n it went offline not returning my money back.i reported the matter immadiatly while I was standing in front of the atm. And after 2weeks they are still telling me stories n don't want to refund my money back,
