Poor service for travel insurance and plane tickets (Leisuredesk)

Poor experience while trying to get travel insurance and booking of flights for my trip to Austria while going through Leisuredesk Standard bank. Service level was shocking and was not met with a reply within a timely manner and when I did it seemed more difficult to go through the bank rather than doing everything on my own. Preferential pricing for Emirates Airlines was practically non-existent as advertised - I got far better pricing for Emirates via Discovery banks travel services. I ended up saving R5000 by going through Discovery. rather just use Discovery for travel insurance and purchasing of plane tickets.
