POOR SERVICE FOR PRIVATE BANKING CLIENT

BOND NR: *** BR DU PLESSIS App for re-advance was done in May, and approved R 100 000.was paid out to me on 16/05.Confirming the approval I was contacted by STD bank CCC - on either the 13th/14TH, the interest rate was discussed and I was told that my rate as per the quotation discussed is @ 7.75%, my current rate was unchanged, I was also told that my debit order will be increased to a amount of approximately R 1000 plus monthly due to the loan amount added.<br> Big was my surprise when my debit order has increased to R 12 046.00 WHERE AS PREVIOUSLY REPAYMENT was at R 8500.00 - This money was deducted for my home loan repayment end of May for the R 100 000.00 Re-Advance? After some investigation - I was informed that my term has been changed to 13 years? NO WHERE have I requested the term to be 13 years (it should be approximately 23 years) - proof can be provided - check my application form on application *** - and i have a statement with the remaining term from STD bank before i app**** - more information can be provided when contacted .
