Poor Service.
Standard Bank credit card division is charging me the interests and the fees which I never agreed to when I took the credit card. They are saying it is part of the agreement I signed, but when I checked the terms of the agreement there’s no way in the terms where they stipulated those additional fees. This must be removed immediately or I refer this matter to credit ombudsman or the NCR.
