Poor service
Am I the only Standard bank client who is having endless problems with poor service from Standard Bank. Latest example is trying to process an incoming payment, site says I need to resolve a regulatory requirement, please call us this number and when you call it says that the number doesn’t exist. If it wasn’t such a mission to change banks I would leave them tomorrow after years of poor service.
