poor service delivey

The standard bank branch in Howick has the worst service delivery. Firstly the help desk is completely unoccupied and one has to stop random bank employees as they walk around in order to get help. I went in there to open a bank account for my domestic worker today and literally waited 30 min to even get attention from anyone I eventually had ti join the teller line and ask for help there I was then directed to a line that had no more than 4 people in it and was made to wait a further hour and a half. This is ridiculously unfair for people to have to wait 2 hours to get help at a bank.
