Poor service delivery faild

On the 19 02 2021 a visit to the standard bank was shoking I went 3 time in one day and two time on the 20 02 2021 to try to open a bank acount I went with all my documents and for sum reason the bank fail to preform my transaction now due to the banks errors I have lost a discount of a large amount I asked over 100 time on the day for sum one to plz call the branch maniger the faild to give me his number on the 20 02 21 they final gave me the area maniger number I tryed to call him over 30 time his phone is off this buisnes is a very poor customers service a guy buy the name of siphesihle is very rude and was mocking me how cum Clints **** get hold of area mainge so plz Clint see how humbok service they give
