Poor service delivery

My husband had a stroke with brain damage. We have fully settled his credit card and gone to the bank to cancel it. They informed us that we needed to cancel by phone, which we did and then destroyed the card. At this time, he never received statements (possibly because they were using the one email account we could not access, as my husband could not remember the password). Then we received a lawyer's letter from MBD(on an e-mail address we do have access to, so I assume this is the e-mail address the bank provided) for outstanding bank fees on this account, which he no longer has a card for and is not using and is not receiving statements on (R880). We took him twice in a wheelchair to sort this out, but again, he received a summons for an even bigger amount. (R1400) He earns only R4000 per month. This is ridiculous!! He is literally summoned for the bank's poor service delivery.

Please get in touch with me at ***. We can't get into your husband's email as he can't remember the password after the stroke.
