Poor service delivery
I have been standing in a que for over an hour just to renew an atm card, the service is so poor that even the securities take people standing at the back of the line and jump them inside for help, I cannot believe the slow service that the represent I am so annoyed, westgate branch is the worst when it comes to service I had to complain first to get helped.
