Poor service delivery

The entire private banking staff was apparently on leave when I visited the Upington Standard Bank branch today. Not even a secretary was on duty. A staff member who happened to pass by told me they're on skeleton staff which I can't comprehend because it's a new year already. Then she mentioned we should rather phone beforehand which is absurd to expect of anyone. This is poor service delivery and it seems Upington Standard bank is notorious when. It comes to pathetic service delivery.
