Poor Service delivery.
Standard bank never fail to disappoint me. There failure rate is 100% I have been holding on for about 20 minutes, after being told I will transfer uou to the retention department. STANDARD Bank is currently the absolute worse when it comes to service delivery. It looks like they are competing with the current government, zero service delivery. Can someone from the retention department please call Alvin Montgomery ***
