Poor service!
I came to resolve my issues with my business account at STD Bank, Galleria mall.
There are only 2 out of the 5 tellers who are working.
I arrived in line at 13:26, it's now 13:55 & the line has not moved at all!
Why have only 2 tellers at a busy branch?
