Poor service
Poor service. :-( Im very annoyed with the customer service recived from Standard bank. I have a credit card with them and was retenched in August 2020 and submitted all the paper to make a claim on the credit card insurance, its taken 4 months for them to get back to me and tell me that there is no insurance. Can you please go back and listen to the call recording for the sale because i remember saying yes to the insurance.
