Poor Service
I have my building insurance with Std Bank and my my my i am seeing flames. Their Contractors installed a geyser in Nay with new piping and alll and now we in Nov 6 months down their piping leaks water. And Std Bank feels i must pay for poor craftmanship. They want me to pay R1250 excess fee whereas in May this year i have already paid for the installation.
