Poor service

Went to standard bank Ga-Rankuwa at just before 11am to open a group account. Just to be told our papers were not in order. Went around to fix the papers and wen we came back just b4 2pm . They checked our papers they were in order. We we given sits to wait on the line. After few minutes the lady call us back to say their system with home affairs is offline only for group openings but for individuals it's not. I feel like they were unfair towards us because we came in in good operating time hours
