Poor service by standard bank vehicle assert finance
I paid of my standard bank vehicle account which was handed over and when I check the account status at the credit bureau it still shows that my standard bank vehicle account is still in areas/default.
No one is assisting me when I call their department. I keep on being redirected to different departments with no help. This has been going on for over a week now. I'm experiencing poor service throughout

08 Feb 2022, 10:56The vehicle recoveries department is really poor. I was given different numbers for different consultants in that department and no one picks up. Even the Team leader/Supervisor's number in that department is not going through. Poor from top to bottom
