Poor Service by Standard Bank

Standard Bank is a pathetic bank with poor service and absolutely no regard for its clients. I have been on the phone with a certain K****tso Gwangwa for more than an hour now and he keeps on telling me that his line manager wants proof of emails that Standard Bank is at fault despite having sent proof already. All these guys do is try to find excuses to blame the client. Absolutely appalling. What happened to “client is always right?”
