Poor service at Tzaneen standard bank

Standard bank tzaneen staff is full of ****. My dad went in today 07/03/2025 first the security guard was rude and disrespectful and then he was ordering my father around telling him to go to hell and the guy who was sitting at front desk did not even have interest in assisting us. They just told my dad to go to the self service desk and help himself out just because they didn't understand him speaking khelobedu. We went to the self service desk googled the numbers that we should call and when the call center consultant finally assists she said we should ask for a consultant to print out forms for him and no one helped they just dismissed him. Our needs where never met tzaneen service is very poor their staff is rude and disrespectful they should ho straight to hell for treating my father like ****. We regret using Standard bank **** your service
