Poor service at Standard bank Woodmead

On the 12 of May I went into standard bank Woodmead with the intention of opening up a business account with Standard bank ,Busisiwe Phakathi assisted me ,I gave her all the required documents and emailed her all other outstanding documents ,she phoned back back to inform me she had received my emails and would be in touch .<br> <br> ,On hearing nothing from her for several days on the 19th I returned to the branch again and requested for Busisiwe ,I was told nobody of that name works in that branch ,I showed them the emails that I had sent to her ,and still the lady at the front desk didn't know who she was ,she then went on a hunt for Busisiwe ,she returned stating that Busisiwe is an intern and is currently on study leave ,I inquired who had my documents then ,she said she would refer me to another business banker ,she referred me to Ruth Arnolds who assured me that everything would be done by Thursday the 21st ,I specifically informed her on why I needed this account ,she requested I send her my information again of which I did,my number down and told me she would be in touch .today is the 21st of May ,nobody has been in touch .<br> <br>
