Poor Service at Standard Bank
I went to Standard Bank (Hilbrow Branch) just to collect a debit card and the service was disappointing. On a busy Saturday morning only two consultants were on duty. After 3 hours in the queue and when the branch was closed, one of the bank tellers (Ms Xaba) helped me to get my debit card and she activated my pin as well. I have no plans of going to any Standard Bank branch anytime soon.
