POOR service at Standard Bank

Standard Bank has frustrated me to the core. I have requested my new card for the third time now. Everytime the card is delivered the standard Bank briadene branch is closed due to some emergency situation. Even the security doesn't know why it's closed. I have received the message saying my card is a briadene branch but when I go there the branch is closed. I do not know where to get my card. I haven't been able to use my card from December. This is really frustrating. This bank has such poor service I'm taking my money and closing the account. I cannot work with this bank. Even their consultants are of no use. Useless bank
