Poor service at standard bank

I have a problem with standard bank there are unauthorised debits going through my account an I'm being charged debit order fees and unpaid fees for something that I never authorized last month I called to complain and the debit fees where reversed but 2 days later I was charged again and when I call for them to stop them they say they couldn't what amazes me is the fact that my insurance with Fnb had deducted twice on my account I called to reverse the 1 payment which they did but they blocked them from making deduction on my account even though they can see its a authorised debit which has been deducting for more than a year and the unauthorized debit they can't block them and when I called last week I was told they can't even refund the debit order fees that I'm being charged which makes me believe that standard bank works with these companies to make money with charges my
