Poor service at Northcliff branch.
Northcliff branch refused to accept a bulk deposit, stating they dont have space. What *******! What bank doesnt have space for money! I was advised to drive to Mellville, a very unsafe area, to go make the deposit. The branch wasnt even busy, it was 2.45 in the afternoon. Surely they know that while Cresta is being renovated they will get extra customers, and make provision for them? If anything happens to me or my cash I am holding that smug little teller personally responsible.
