Poor service and no resolutions

The customer service has become very poor. I have lodged complaints for different services and personnel but even the different managers who call me to resolve the matters do not have insight on the matter in question. I have received numerous phones calls but all in vain. When they do not have answers or resolutions, they even stop replying to the emails.
