POOR SERVICE AND NEGLIGENCE

Hi,again<br> <br> I reported a complaint regarding money that was taken out of my account without my authorization a week ago. The incident occurred 4 weeks ago and still nothing has been done. I have not received any phone calls or emails updating me about the progress of my complaint.<br> <br> I now have to borrow more money to pay the people who loaned me money to pay my rent last month. I am accumulating debt and it is not even by my doing. This is ********* and poor service from a bank that is supposedly helping us ' move forward'. Had I been a white person my complaint would have been taken with more seriousness than this.
