Poor service and lack of respect for the clients
There's one in kathu northern Cape at village mall and one particular lady who just treats people like she owns the place and no one can touch her. I'm not going to do my banking in that branch again because after so many complaints about her attitude and treatment towards clients, the branch has done nothing to correct the situation.
