Poor Service and inconsiderate

On Saturday 12th December, me and my business partner went into STD Bank in Quagga Plaza to withdraw some cash from our investment account as usual. We were help by this lady who told us that our account can not be withdrawn from the tellers because it's an investment account(Call deposit), this is despite us telling her that we always withdraw at the tellers unless if things have changed. She confirmed that nothing has changed it just has been that way, she told us to go join the line to go to Enquiries where they will give us a cheque and we must then join the same line to the tellers again to cash the cheque. We told her that she's telling us stories because we know for sure that we can withdraw from the telllers, she then confirmed with her manager who seemed clueless and he just agreed with her in passing not bothered to come and hear our concern. We then went to Bloed Mall Standard Bank and Keitumetse help us with no hassles at all. Big Up to STD Bloed Mall.
