Poor Service and ********** Behavior.
Poor Service and ********** Behaviour from standard bank. For the past two months, Standard bank has debited my account for an extended vehicle warranty policy that is canceled. It was canceled the same day I got the quotation from innovations. I didn't even accept the quotation. I have called standard bank and innovations numerous times in the past two months to no avail. Don't' even get me started on the consultants, my God non seem to know what they doing. Absolutely Pathetic. Every time I call in, I am referred to this one and that one, so on so forth. Finally, on Thursdays, the 23-10-2020 I spoke to a gentleman named Tebogo he seems to be clued up, but unfortunately horrible at keeping promises, he promised to call me back that afternoon or the next day 'Friday''. But here we are. All Standard Bank has to do is stop debiting my account and refund my monies for the ********** debit orders they have in past two months.

I am still waiting for my monies to be refunded to me. Since 16/09/2020 every day that goes by shows just goes to show your total disregard for customer's feelings and circumstances. If the table were turned and i owed Standard monies, I would have been charged interest or worse, blacklisted. So how is it that the banks prey on the poor and get away with? Wow

You called me to assure me that the matter has been handled and the case closed. But yet again for the third consecutive month, you're still debiting my account for the policy in question. When is this going to stop, and when am I going to be refunded the monies owed.
