Poor service and day light ******* by standard bank vehicle and asset finance

I have been waiting for a response from standart bank vehicle and asset finance whereby i was overcharged R18400.00 of which is an additional 3 months on my account as per the signed agreement. I settled my vehicle account in November 2020 a month before the expiry of my account but they continued to debit my account for whatever reasons unknown to me and they failed to clarify reasons for extra amount since the account the account was paid up a month before the expiry date of the contract. What they know is that they are still investigating and providing reference numbers but no one ever responded to my request. I was assisted by hellopeter to get my eNatis documents for both vehicles 9 months of struggle whereas the vehicle was paid up and they end up releasing my papers at the end. Now still waiting for my refund of additional funds they took from my account that they failed to advise why there was an extra amount deducted from my account and I cannot donate that huge of amount of money to an organization such as standard bank. Since 9th September 2021 Kriel Colin promised to investigate and provide feedback regarding the unjustified extra amount paid to my account and not response to date. I need my hard earned money back as a matter of urgency.
