Poor service and BAD Treatment to their custormers

Hi <br> I advise anyone who want to open an account at stardand bank to not go there what they done to my sister is very very painful this people they don't treat their customer well.<br> <br> My sister lost her job while she was having an overdraft of R5000 then couple of months she got another job and she get paid R9000 this bank just took R8000 and she left with R1000 just imagine she is using this bank for 7 years now and why they didn't do a payment arrangement ?<br> <br> At FNB I salute them because I had similar situation before but FNB MADE A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT WITH ME UNTIL I FINISH THEIR OVERDRAFT NOT LIKE THIS BANK WHICH THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.I HATE STANDARD BANK <br> <br>
