Poor service and a ride manager from standard Bank Dobsonville mall branch

I would like to put in a formal complaint regarding Standard bank Dobsonville mall branch.

The manager is very rude. I asked to speak to him politely and he made go wait outside. I have been on Que to collect my card for my new account, the service I'm getting from this branch is very poor. I waited on the que for 90min only to be told that card collection is not a priority and I made go stand on the other line. Everyone who came before me has already left. I'm writing this email while still standing on the second line to collect the card.

Poor service from this branch and I am new with standard bank. I don't even want the card anymore. I am not treated as a customer, the manager doesn't even care
