Poor service
I am a long standing customer of standard bank and the service level has dropped ever so low. I am still waiting on a reply regarding unauthorized transactions that is going off my account which I went in in the beginning of Feb and to this date I haven't received no reply. There service is low and I they don't care about the customer. I would never recommend them to no one.
