Poor Service

Share with all Standard Bank is the worse bank that manages you Banking day to day transaction account on top of that want make you look like an idiot when you query transactions. My main issue is debit orders that goes off from un authoritized accounts and before the date agreed upon with the the debitors you want to transact with. I got debited on the 19 Dec i agreed with the client for the 1st of Jan and still tbe *********** agent want to convince me its the company's fault so companies can just do what they like tbe bank cant protect your account im leaving Standard Bank im running while i can. I was told that i failed the stupid security questions where as i know all my info is correct. Standard Bank is becoming a circus and getting worse by the day. Please contact me and fix my debit order of R 1528.00 from Bloom reverse it back to my account Contact *** im done with your pathetic service and rude agents that does not know what they do and know how to speak to clients One customer less im transfering all my accounts
