Poor service
I'm so disappointed at the way Standard bank (home loan) is handling the issue I have with the lawyers(Krish Naidoo, Govender and Company) they assigned to me to process my house papers. My house loan is paid up since May 2020 and even today I'm still paying service fee because the lawyers are not processing my papers. I've called Standard bank several times informing them about this delay caused by these lawyers and they always promise to assist as soon as possible but they never called back.
