Poor service

I bought a car on credit now I want to make extra payments to pay it off quickly but if I pay extra money in the account they. Changed my debit order and deduct the money I pay extra so I can't pay more off on my car I wrote them to mail no reply try calling them but their phones never work they're beyond useless
