Poor service

Cresta standard bank is very slow I've since 15:00 and now it's 16:28 still sitting without any help. I must say the service is very poor and I saw 2 white elders standing up and just leaving cause this poor service we getting I don't whether is the your systems slow or what but I just very upset now
