POOR SERVICE

I've recently sold my property and paid off my home loan with Std Bank. I am trying desperately to get my paid up letter and have Std Bank do their updates with the various credit bureaus . I have now been on he phone for more than 2 hours and have called almost every number registered to Std Bank and no one can help. I have called ***, ***, ***, ***. Spoken to a Sheldon, Mphumi, Lindiwe...All of this and still nothing. Is there an office that I can go to, to have this sorted?
