Poor Service

Couldn't cash out money sent via instant money, later when checking with the bank in Bridge City Mall they said it was cashed out. Then they made me wait 5 days for them to investigate, when investigation was complete they made wait another 5 days for another investigation where they promised to call me and update me on it which they never did. Now I have been trying to call them since they didn't call me, and I have been holding the line for 30minutes and its really frustrating!!!!
