Poor service
I've a loan with Std Bank and have tried to reach out to them to review the interests that I'm currently paying as I believe that are quite high. Instead of being assisted, I was sent from one department to another and the last person that I spoke to (Thabiso Maruga) told me he doesn't know who I should speak to.
Can someone check my profile and get back to me. I am not under debt counseling or anything I just need a review of the interests they are charging me.
