POOR SERVICE

I bank with this bank, but every time i get disappointing by the service revived from some of the consultants. Today, 31 March 2026, i was on a call with a Katlego. For some reason, we got cut off. The decency to even call me back to finish the application, she did not bother herself. Already she was not sounding happy on the phone when we initially started. How sad! As i type this, my application was not finalized as a result. It is common sense to call back a client if the call was cut off for whatever reason.
