Poor Service

The worst service ever, its been ove a month now since I logged a ***** case with them but i nothing has happened I never received even an email from the investigator about the cases progress and each and everytime I call their callcentre they say they have escalated and they will contact me within 48 hours but nothing is happening. These people are useless.....I logged the same case with FNB and was resolved within 2 weeks...
