POOR SERVICE

I'm really disappointed with the service from STD. I had a term loan and settled it a few weeks ago however STD took it upon itself to debit my account way too early which was on the 24th and you are meant to debit on the 27th. A service request was logged for a reversal but guess what....it was declined for reasons unknown to me. I want my money bac****! STD should upgrade they systems because how can you debit my account after the loan has been settled? R880.28 is a lot of money especially in this economy so I need this to be sorted out ASAP. Service Request:*** I was then advised to go to a branch to sort this out.....seriously?!You ***** up then expect me to run around looking for a branch so that I can get my money back?! Your service is very poor and I don't need anymore convincing to leave this bank
