Poor Service

Good day Please help with this matter as I was misled by Standard bank when I app**** for building loan and I am highly disappointed with that. So, I would like to know why I was told that Standard bank does not charge price per square meter, but after I comp**** and submitted the application which costed money to do so, then some people call me with hidden number and demand that I change the contract to R3 000 000 with no solid reasons. This is very strange because the very same people are not direct to the bank as what is required because the notes on the application are stating otherwise. And when I follow up on the application I am informed that I should consolidate and submit the certain documents, which I already submitted. So, what I sense is that this team of Assessors are actually trying to make money out of commissions, hence they are pushing that the loan amount should be increased unnecessarily with no solid reasons.
