Poor Service

On Thursday went into my banking app i saw a numerous amount available i did not apply for, so i saw that someone requested for a overdraft on my account. I called Standard bank the lady who assisted me blocked my account, i can receive money but can not withdraw anything, she told me she is going to open a ***** case because it seems like someone requested the overdraft on my account. She told me that they will call me back after 48 ours. On Wednesday i called in again because she also blocked my app. After a struggle i created a new app where i need to do everything over to link my card new beneficiaries everything. Today at 13:00 I called in again and there was no ***** case opened, still i can not withdraw money and the overdraft is still on my account that i did not apply for, now i am also struggling to link my credit card to my app. The service is really poor and i am with Standard bank all off my years.
