Poor Service

I am banking with standard I requested a refund on the 17 /07/2020 every time I call I am told to wait for 5 days, 48 hours and seven days. I have a home loan with Standard Bank and only three months banking with them. I never receive a good service at all and they will send SMSs stating that request has been resolved while nothing has been done. It takes them a month to refund a client very disappointed. There is no point of calling you wait more than 30 minutes with no assistant ,
