Poor Service

<p>I had a credit card with standard bank a while back, lost my job and I couldn’t pay my accounts. My account was then handed over to DMC, an email was sent and I then started making payments to DMC as per their email. Now when I called to ask them to send my statement I was then told that the account was handed back to standard bank, when I call standard bank no one is able to tell me what’s happening. Now my question is where is my account? who do I pay? and what’s going to happen to the money that I have been paying to DMC? I’m not sure why a big company like standard bank would not have track of my accounts every time I call to found out. They are quick to call and tell me that they want their money and to hand me over but they will never let me know when they taking back the account so I can pay them directly. I am so disgusted by the service, disappointed too. </p>
