Poor service!!!!!!

It really doesn't make sense why we have to wait in queues for such a long time to enter inside the branch. And then wait in another queue for assistance. It's really ridiculous. Has Standard Bank turned into a government clinic? Where we queue for a ridiculous amount of time? I was at the branch in Festival Mall today. I stood outside for 45 minutes!!!! 45 damn minutes just to enter!! And then once inside, I stood for another 10 minutes before I could be assisted. No come on! For people who are bringing money into the bank, we're honestly being treated like trash! It really felt like I was in a government clinic or hospital queue. Or I was in a SASSA queue. I dread going to Standard Bank branches now because it's the same nonsense everywhere. I'm even thinking of closing my account
