Poor service

I have been in contact with Standard Bank's Trade Services department. I have been trying to get information about money that is due to my business. E-mails have been sent, I have made numerous calls without any answer. Their service is the absolute worst in the banking sector that I have ever experienced. When we got hold of another department in Standard Bank, they said that the Trade Services never sent the documents that they said they sent to them. Ridiculous!!
